Position and Duties. Your employment will be with Tillster in the position of Vendor Manager reporting directly to Sr Manager - Deployment Services. This reporting structure is subject to change at the sole discretion of the Company.

Position Summary
In the role of Vendor Manager you will work from your base location providing deployment management efforts as detailed below.  A Vendor Manager collaborates with the internal Install coordinators & Install support managers, Install Vendor Partners and Hardware Vendors to assist with ensuring successful Kiosks installation management. As a key member of the Deployment Services team, you will own the execution and management of the vendor partners including performance measurement/scorecard and MSA/SOWs reviews.  You will also customarily and regularly exercise appropriate discretion and independent judgment in the performance of your duties; and quickly identify problems, causes, and resolutions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Ensuring all vendors have current and active MSAs/SOWs; terms and pricing well defined and summarized for the deployment services team as well as finance and leadership teams
  • Manage and resolve any escalations that arise
    • Vendor accountability
  • Schedule and lead weekly execution/forecast calls with Vendors
  • Collaborate with account managers/customer success managers and manage the inventory forecast for all scaling brands
  • Execute monthly performance reviews with vendor partners
  • Prepare Internal Reporting for leadership on vendor performance scorecards
  • Prepare External Reporting for clients to identify performance trends and call outs to Vendor for kudos or improvement
  • Prepared PO’s to appropriate vendor
    • Survey
    • Install
    • Hardware
  • Invoice Review and responsible for approval
  • Own the internal monthly call with the finance team to ensure that all vendor bills are current 
  • Coordinate with Install Coordinators & Deployment managers to assist with any scheduling efforts for both Surveys and Installs as needed
  • Assist in following up on open requests needing resolution
  • Ensure Database records are accurate and up to date
  • Record Tracking Information for shipments in designated areas
  • Other duties as needed, required, or directed.
Skills and Abilities Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 – 3 years’ experience in related project or similar program deploying digital and retail technology solutions.
  • Experience leading projects and deployment roadmaps.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Great negotiator and always finding cost efficiencies
  • Experience with legal contracts review and SLAs  
  • Strong analytical/Excel skills for tracking
  • Really strong attention to detail and well organized
  • Self-motivated team player that brings excitement and enthusiasm to work each day and has strong cross functional experience, emotional intelligence, and empathy.
  • Ability to inspire and promote an entrepreneurial spirit of resourcefulness and adaptability across the organization.
  • A love of data and insights, always asking “how can we do this better/differently?”.
  • A growth mindset: track record of leveraging learnings, demonstrates entrepreneurial spirit, always imagining what’s possible.
  • A shared appreciation for and commitment to our values.
  • PMP certified or similar Project Management certification is a plus.
  • QSR/Restaurant/Retail experience preferred but not required.

Pay and Benefits (USA)

  • Expected base salary range $90,000 - $125,000.+ . Total starting compensation will be determined based on all lawful criteria, Company policy and best practices.
  • Equity: All employees within the U.S. are eligible to participate in the Stock Option Plan.
  • Health Benefits: All full-time, regular employees and their dependents are eligible  for medical, dental, vision and FSA benefits. Additional health benefits include Healthcare and Dependent Care reimbursement programs, Employee Assistance Program (“EAP”) and Optum Care 24-hour confidential medical counseling services.
  • Holidays: The company observes ten (10) paid holidays per calendar year.
