The IT Service Analyst job is a perfect entry level role fit for a motivated individual that wants to grow within the technology field.  The core responsibilities for the Analyst, including but are not limited to the following:
IT Help Desk (~35%)  
  • Be the “face” of IT Helpdesk – Greet and assist Senior Leadership Team, guests, and Clients virtually as well as at the office as needed. 
  • Ensure that IT Help Desk is meeting the needs of Tillster employees. 
  • Ability to work as part of a larger IT team.  Work across teams to ensure consistent processes are followed and cross functional projects are being completed. 
  • Modify, Change IT tools based on company needs (i.e. office expansion, consolidation, team or product changes etc.)
  • Maintain up-to-date diagrams, documentation, and policies as related to IT functions
  • Manage work assignments and commitments, meets deliverables and deadlines, and effectively communicates the status of assigned tasks.
  • Provides timely resolution of problems or escalation to appropriate technical personnel.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve in an adhoc manner.
European Operations (~35%)
  • Responsible for day-to-day functions of Portugal/European IT needs.    
  • Manage European Assets including but not limited to laptops, servers, mobile devices, etc. 
  • Responsible for onboarding new Tillster employees by conducting IT training and application enrollment.   
  • Ensure that terminations and transfers have been removed from necessary systems.
  • Project manage and organize internal Enterprise IT meetings and tasks as it relates to European Operations.
Data Governance (30%)
  • Work with IT Leadership to develop and maintain a Tillster Data governance program, which includes GDPR.
  • Prepare and present regular reports as required, including statistics and metrics.
  • Conduct quarterly audits of systems and tools that contain PII and Confidential information.
  • Work across teams (In Europe and US) to push forward program and projects.
  • Ability to proactively propose enhancements and process improvements.
Required Experience
  • 1 to 3 years previous experience in Technology, Networking and Infrastructure Help Desk or PC support services
  • Understands identity access management 
  • Must enjoy customer service and/or supporting individuals that need IT support. 
  • Must be self-motivated and able to complete projects independently.
  • Must be willing to reach out proactively to greater IT team as well as Tillster employees.
  • Must have attention to detail. 
  • Ability to articulate technical issues to non-technical staff and/or business leadership.
  • Competence in Cloud (Azure) and On-prem environments
  • Preferred Competence in basic scripting (Java, Python, etc.)

Pay and Benefits (USA)

  • Expected base salary ranges $50,000 - $60,000. Total starting compensation will be determined based on all lawful criteria, Company policy and best practices.
  • Equity: All employees within the U.S. are eligible to participate in the Stock Option Plan.
  • Health Benefits: All full-time, regular employees and their dependents are eligible for medical, dental, vision and FSA benefits.   • Holidays: The company observes ten (10) paid holidays per calendar year.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): Full-time, regular employees earn 15 days of PTO in the first 12-months of continuous service, and 22 days in subsequent years. Eligible part-time employees earn pro-rated PTO.
